The Natural Hair Bar is a private suite environment which is owned and operated by Jacqueline Tarrant and has been at the present location of 155 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 606 since 2007. I specialize in healthy hair services and hair loss treatments. As a Certified Trichologist and licensed cosmetologist I treat and service many women who suffer from Traction Alopecia, (hair loss caused by tight styles such as braids,weaves and tight pony tails). I also know that when done properly, some of these styles can be of great benefit when one is trying to give hair a rest and protect it from harsh conditions such as winter weather. The Tension Free Weave has been extremely successful among my clients. It is a method I created and mastered to provide clients with a comfortable, tension free braiding support system and weave installation that looks natural and allows your hair to thrive. This method is performed for curly, wavy or kinky style only which are designed to mimic the look and feel of natural hair. Pricing does not include hair but I can custom order hair for you to accommodate any desired style at discounted prices.
